      Fortunately I did most of the basing before the heatwave really hit. It does work doesn't it.

      Not a problem Sean (just occasionally helps to show I'm not talking to myself!) - it's coming along nicely. Although I have spotted some expansion opportunities (but they'll just have to take their place in the queue!)
