The Mutiny: 79th Highlanders
Here is a photo of my latest addition to my Indian Mutiny collection which I just finished basing this morning (a little later than scheduled). Once again the figures are from Mutineer Miniatures:

oooo now they look very, very nice, I bet your very pleased with these, they look excellent!!!
ReplyDeleteVery pleased indeed!
ReplyDeleteFantastic work, Miles - love the kilts!
ReplyDeleteTop work Sir! The famous blue dyed highlanders, wonderfully realised. I really like these from Mutineer (did mine as the 42nd) just felt that they needed perhaps one more pack of firing sculpts.
ReplyDeleteMichael, thanks, I think they turned out very nicely.
ReplyDeleteI must admit that Mutineer are a little short on firing packs across the range; although I see they have released one pack recently.
Superb! Bet they won't 'run away' from a fight either. Nice figures.
ReplyDeleteAs my wife is Scottish I have been meaning to do some Scots only for the last ten years!
28mm Covanter/Montrose or 28mm Napoleonic are te prime candidates
Geordie - with my Scots ancestry I can't help but buy Highlander units! I do have some Redoubt Montrose highlanders which I am going to base up in the not too distant future.
